Andrea Aprea
A new gem in the Milanese starred landscape.
Insight
Turning a starred Chef's vision and soul into a distinctive visual identity.
After building a reputation in Europe and Italy, Neapolitan Michelin Star Chef Andrea Aprea chose Porta Venezia as the cradle for an ambitious new project carrying his own name: a Restaurant and a Bistrot nestled within a historic building home to the Fondazione Rovati. Venues designed as "temples" of gastronomy, conceived to provide an immersive and refined experience of the Chef's vision.
HDG has helped Andrea Aprea turn his hospitality concept into a consistent branding and visual identity, designing the outlets' naming and logos and "dressing up" the Restaurant and Bistrot's collaterals with elegant hues of clay, beige, tobacco and brass.
The art direction of the brand's photography and the interior signage and wayfinding contribute to the overall sense of understated refinement and welcoming warmness of the venues.
