Compasso d'Oro Award for HDG.
The project
The challenge of tackling unusual projects. Turning the demands of a changing market and evolving clients into innovation and avant-garde spirit. The mobile home project, developed with South Tyrolean company Pircher Oberland for the Movit brand, investigates the relationship between architecture and territory in a new way.
The Sunset mobile home has won the 2011 Compasso d'Oro award.
Declined in different models, the Movit mobile home is mainly intended for tourist-receptive settlements, where it fits gracefully in harmony with the natural environment, ensuring maximum comfort and residential quality.
Studio
The Idea.
Certified CasaClima is declined according to two typologies: that of a contemporary living space, built around a large and elegant open space for relaxation and conviviality inside and outside the domestic perimeter (Sunset), and that of a mountain chalet, with a sloping roof that extends to form a metal or ceramic shell to protect an interior dominated by the materiality of wood (Moonriver). A concept of ephemeral temporariness traditionally linked to the idea of prefabrication is thus opposed to a proposal of real plug'n play dwellings with a high design content, conceived for a demanding public sensitive to the quality of solutions and materials also in terms of energy saving.
