New Business Developer

The sales account manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by increasing the existing customer portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial roles with a consulting and strategic approach.


    The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Actively searching for new potential customers through constant and careful monitoring, by creating a new network of contacts
  • Defining and implementing commercial strategies aimed at acquiring new clients, as well as proposing and suggesting functional solutions to achieve the client’s objectives
  • Creating ad hoc e-mail communications, newsletters, portfolios aimed at promoting the agency’s various services
  • Activating follow-ups with telephone calls and e-mails, in order to strengthen the commercial proposition of the agency’s services by fostering relationships, contacts, and functional explorations for business development
  • Developing market analyses and new activities aimed at acquiring new business opportunities
  • Preparing quotes and commercial offers up to contracting, managing all necessary back office activities as well as checking the efficiency and margins of acquired projects
  • Ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction on a regular basis, taking notes and sharing a periodic report (Customer Satisfaction Paper) with company management
  • Collaborating with the creative department

  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent knowledge of the main computer packages in the mac+ environment (indesign/photoshop)
  • Degree in marketing, economics, communication sciences
  • Experience in a commercial role in a communications or design agency would be an advantage

The position will report directly to the Account Manager
