Alchemical Signs, Asian Roots
A cross cultural exchange of traditions and lifestyles, a project that revolves around design for wellbeing
New projects are in view for the Hangar Design Group and the Taiwanese ACERA. The collective will present its new series of ceramic tableware developed for ACERA during the upcoming Milan Design Week. The new product series interprets accessories for everyday use – pitchers, tableware, or the typical tea mugs to carry everywhere – grafting onto conventional functions simple shapes, where the decorative element translates into formal essence. The entire collection joins design and craftsmanship with wellness. It is in fact made of ceramic material that is enriched with white tourmaline, a mineral able to release negative ions which contribute to purifying the liquid or food they contain, combining tangible benefits with the pleasure of contemporary design.
